However, Bryan's interests were not limited to real estate. At the age of 18, he migrated west to California, where he began a successful career as an actor and model.
Despite his success in entertainment, Bryan never lost his love for real estate. It was always his dream to pursue a career in the industry, and in time, he decided to make that dream a reality. Bryan joined one of the top real estate teams in the nation, where he quickly became a standout member, helping the team close over 1.9 billion in sales.
In 2020, Bryan made a big change and relocated with his wife and daughter to Houston, Texas. Here, he wasted no time in putting his real estate skills to work, quickly becoming a sought-after agent in the area. Ted attended Indiana University majoring in Political Science in the Pre-Law program. He moved to California shortly after graduation and took a job with a construction team focused on demolition and remodeling. The years Ted worked in this field gave him insight into the building of structures and the key components of successful investments. Ted also worked in a law firm where he contributed to the successful resolution of a high profile case involving construction and development fraud.
Armed with the knowledge he accrued in construction and law, Ted purchased a “fixer” in the hills of Studio City and income property in his home state of Indiana. Through these transactions it became clear to him that he wanted to be involved in Real Estate on a full time basis. This realization was the catalyst that brought Ted to Rodeo Realty.
