Transaction coordinator

We are looking for an organized, proactive coordinator who can support the team from contract to closing and keep everyone informed along the way.

 

• Track key contract dates, document requests and outstanding items.

• Coordinate communication with agents, clients, lenders and title.

• Maintain accurate files, checklists and clear status updates.

• Anticipate the next step and flag issues early.

• Bring attention to detail, discretion and a calm, service-minded approach.
